Probably so, Tim. I'd also keep in mind that after every major announcement by a company like MFNX or GBLX concerning a large undertaking, there is usually a tremendous amount of both capital- and human- resource-consuming work that must be done immediately afterwards, where route negotiations and the ultimate builds, and arranging financing, are concerned.
It therefore wouldn't be too logical to expect to see too many releases, too soon, coming from their PR and press release mill. And the releases tend to provide the impetus, to some extent, needed to momentarily drive the price up. When they momentarily cease coming off the press everyday like clockwork, even for the reasons I've cited, investors get nervous. Good or bad, that's the way it is sometimes.
