I had nothing but trouble with ETrade all day (and the past several). I know* they had a terrible day with the phones and data connections messed up by the fire, but... Two days running I've bought a stock that never appeared in my account and I had to phone them to sell it! (And once several months ago someone else's stock appeared in MY account). Cost me big time because I was spending time on the phone with them straightening that out instead of trading! Then before 3pm today I put an order in to buy 500 ISDY on the NAS at 8.75. Took over 15 minutes - 10 of which was spent with me on the phone! - just to get the order opened. Between the time I placed the order at 2:53 and the close today, 17,800 shares traded at my price (just under 40,000 total traded in that period)...and I got a part fill of 200. We're not good friends these days, E*Trade and I. WUWT
