I think he's a money manager, not an analyst. he was plugging IDTI on TV several months ago, maybe even longer than that, perhaps is was on NBR. Can't remember his firms name.

IDTI may have farther to go, but with a double in the past few months, I cannot believe that it won't pull back and settle down for a while. It really needs next quarters earnings to come in strong before it goes any higher...IMHO:-)
