CYOE filed an S-3/a to amend the S-3 prospectus it filed in December.

The biggest selling shareholder is still JNC Opportunity Fund, which has convertible preferred. Fantetti, Fiedler, and Tony Squeglia are still listed among the sellers.

But there are many new small selling shareholders in the new filing.

Comdisco is no longer listed as a selling shareholder.

Total number of shares being registered is up from 5.4 million before to 6.7 million now.
