Further differences in the new prospectus:

The "Plan of Distribution" section of the Decemer S-3 said that the sellers could sell be short sales. This caused a lot of fuss at the time, because Fiedler and other insiders were among the listed sellers.

The "plan of distribution" for the new S-3/a now omits the line regarding short sales.

I guess they must have had enough embarassment already.

The discussion of Systeam is identical in the two prospectuses. Its as if nothing changed between December 1998 and now. However, Systeam is now registering fewer shares.
