My prediction, the FCC will step in make a national law giving both sides pretty much what they need. Cannot not let local jurisdictions make regulations for a national (and international) pipeline. Too important to US economy to make sure the cable highway is put into place as quickly as possible. When this case is decided (even not 100% ATT's way) ATT stock will sky-rocket. We should see $100 a share IMHO.
