Stockman--- As stated earlier, CPQ is worth more in pieces than the whole. Probably double or more. You mentioned just one of one of the parts and potential buyers. <<"Dell can go out and buy a service organization instead of building it. Such an acquisition would take a huge premium, ....">> but from CPQs depressed price it would still be a bargain to him as DELLs inflated price makes CPQ in pieces or whole cheap to him and others..
