I agree with that, and have said so much in the past. If the deal is going to happen anyway, I would rather have 1.75 COMS shares at 32 than 1.0 shares at $56. I'm putting a lot of faith in USR's management performance of due diligence and understanding of the dynamics of the networking dynamics.
Bumm market today - where are the sellers putting cash? I hope the FOMC goes ahead and raises rates 1/4 tomorrow. If they don't, it'll be two more months of wavering markets as everyone waits for the hatchet to fall. We need a quarter point rise along with some economic news that says that inflation remains in check. Meanwhile, we get burned by the day.
Speaking of burns, I fell asleep yesterday on my hammock under cloudy skies. When I awakened 3-1/2 hours later, not a cloud in the sky. Fresh boiled lobster, anyone? {-( |
