more good news - rights thing is out ...for every 12 shares of JAWS owned, you get right to buy a unit of UBUYJAWS.COM INC, unit equals 1.5 shares of new UBUYJAWS, 1 share of UBUYJAWS convertible preferred, one $6 warrant and one $10 warrant, priced between $3.50 and $5 per unit, 1660329 rights to be put out, JAWS retaining 19,923,946 or 88% if all rights exercised, raising over $8 million.... :-) this taken from yahoo post 117216 john
