One thing that was keeping Nexfor in check the last few weeks is the fact that a large component of their revenues is derived from paper. The paper division dragged their earnings down in the last quarter, but I think with the announced price increases coming into effect, we will see a rebound in that sector. Look what's happening to the share price of Abitibi, it's starting to factor in better days ahead for paper producers. With better paper prices, Nexfor will be firing on all cylinders in the second half of the year.
