Security Dynamics Technologies Inc. (SDTI) fell 3 1/4, or 14
percent, to 20 3/4. The maker of software security products
warned that sales of its new security software may be slower than
originally expected as customers delay purchases to fix problems
that may arise with older software at the turn of the millennium.
The product, called Keon, allows secure e-commerce transactions
over the Internet or information exchange over computer networks.
