IPIC and ITRC did a sort of reverse-munch today. Leaves both much easier to value, and ITRC at first glance now looks kind of attractive on a value basis. If nothing else, to mix a metaphor or two, ITRC will be cut loose from IPIC's rather sickly shadow. I actually bought a snippet of ITRC today but need to do some more analysis.
