CPQ retesting its support at 27. CPQ retested its support at 27 and reached a low of 27.13 and closed at 27.31. It retraced a little today on low volume but held up above its support line at 27, still a positive sign. Both DELL and Gateway also retraced on low volume while consolidating. Next week will be crucial for CPQ. If CPQ closes below 27 then that would be negative. It could go down back toward 24.50 and head back again to challenge 27. Overall the environment seems very positive for CPQ, DELL, and Gateway at this point. They started to outperform S&P 500 not a long ago, a very positive sign. Good trading, Christopher
