Those numbers are certainly without CMCI. Based on the prospectus,
earnings including charges will be MUCH lower for 1999, and should be higher for 2000 IF the integration goes well and the takeover of DIMD (a CMCI 30% customer) by S3 does not result in the loss of that account.

The stock is certainly acting well and I wish I had replaced the stock I sold at higher prices when it was 12-13 and not just had a small position now. My problem is that I can't make up my mind if people
are really prepared for $.50 for 1999 after charges, or whether the stock will have difficulties when that is recognized.

Let me take a small sample. How does that info make you feel, Rob and
Rich?
