With the ongoing bull market, several companies have turned to
tracking stocks to boost the value of their shares. The Internet
businesses at big companies such as Microsoft often don't carry
lofty Wall Street prices of companies whose entire focus is on the
Internet. Tracking stocks let them separate the sexier businesses.
In essence, the sum of the parts becomes greater than the whole.

Why I think the SEEK deal with Disney is a GO!(pun)...their tracking stock will,imo,be priced higher than the street is valuing.
