You're probably right. But still, COMS may deserve it: there was pretty big insider selling between 1/6 and 1/22. Six people sold 220,000 shares at an average price of $74.91. Nice. For them. AND they didn't file this till last week; I think SEC regulations required them to do it earlier, supposedly within the first ten days of the following month. Something like that.

Probably just as well to look at the SEC filings themselves; I didn't do so.
