The fact that for about a year now we have seen IPO's open up at 200-400% almost on a daily or weekly basis has got to say something. The captain will tell you that the small caps got to blow-off at the top, but i think we are even worse with the ipo's going ga ga. I feel like joining the captain in uspix soon, the volume billy breakout troubles me to go short just yet. bb
