Mr. Leroy Hucke reports
The company has reserved an undiscounted price of $2 per share in
connection with the proposed grant of stock options to acquire up to
800,000 common shares in the capital of the corporation. The stock options
will be granted to officers and employees of the corporation to be
determined.
