Ah yes, TOTALLY DEVOID OF FACT. Your typical criticism. Well lets take it apart shall we? And see where your problem really lies.

1) A question - obviously not a fact, however questions rarely are. Irrelevant to your point.
You mean.... tinky winky is his fave cartoon character?

2) A statement, and a comment.... the comment prefaced with "looks like", an obvious perception.
Actually, who knows. They have a bunch of kids... looks like the real thing in eyes wide shut....

3) A statement, and a proposition, again prefaced with "what is" - implying question. Again, only the statement implies as qualifying for the "fact scrutiny"...
But my point is that here is some guy who has really produced and hes a scientologist.... what is the republican position here ... 1) deport him to wherever his "home country" is even though he is second generation, 2) send him to detox to get the L Ron Hubbard out and put the god back in, 3) give up on Tommy (too late) but give his kids complexes on how bad their parents are for not believing in god... this will no doubt result in the Cruise kids becoming ax murderers in the next decade..... alas.... conservatism....

THERE ARE TWO STATEMENTS IN THE ABOVE POST.

Which of these items do you dispute JLA?

1. They have a bunch of kids...
2. But my point is that here is some guy who has really produced and hes a scientologist....

I suggest you think about what you are blabbing about next time lest you make a complete fool of yourself.... again....
