Before this % thing came about De-Beers offered ABER CASH for there 32 Percent.
Yes We know there's a Dispute But its in Winspear's Court case they own 67% so De-Beers Could BUY-OUT 67% Now and End up With over 80% leaving De-Beers with free Percentage points should Winspear WIN.
