CGarcia, Welcome here, and first allow me pay my condolence to those unfortunate things happened to you recently, I have read it on the AOL thread. Open access on cable, short term wise (2~3 years), is more of a technical issue than policy (or political) issue, imo. Force open is pure intended to delay the broadband deployment by RBOCs and their associates, it has nothing to do with fairness. Nobody over here can help you with ATHM stock price for it could keep dropping (I hope not), but over this thread, you could at least learn a few FACTS.
