Kha.. I'll forward you post to the programmer. Of course I like you recommendations, some were already mentioned in her assessment and I failed to include them on my recent post. Don't forget there have been a lot of changes in the earnings plays, the most flagrant being the 3-4 week appearance of the calendar in advance, which has its pros and cons..cons of course because there are more plays, pros .. with a little experience and homework you can make the plays work for you time and time again.

One quarter ago with only about 8-10 plays in a period of one week it wasn't that necessary to database them so intently. you either bought the stock 1-4 days before earnings or held through earnings or sold at a modest profit. Now choices are more prolific, IPO's have made the field more exciting and the watch lists are really NOT being utilized in their third or fourth days and its a waste since the stock technicals haven't changed, its just a matter of a 'stimulus' not directly connected with the stock (i.e. a problem with an analyst upgrade/downgrade in a stock in same sector, a day when profit taking proliferates, or just about anything external can impact the stocks movement or lack of movement)... A day later the stock will resume its upward trend or break out of resistance (especially if its virtually exploding for a breakout).
