Janice,

I've known at least one person who had a similar lawsuit filed against him. It's very very distracting. It doesn't hurt the corporation monetarily, but it does hurt its ability to manage affairs (of course, depending on who was named in the suit), and the amount of damages that can be recovered are a very small percentage of what the shareholders lost.

BTW it will be interesting to see if they disclose whether or not the 1.75, was always 1.75, or not. I think it must have been less before the stock crashed, because several days passed once it had stablized at around 40 and USRX must have gone back to get the ratio changed.

This doesn't correlate with my other theory, that Benhamou wanted the stock lower. It's truly hard to believe that he screwed up so bad with the press. I don't know.

Good hunting Scrapps!
