Those were legitimate question looking for facts. Every story has two sides to it. The leftwing media has only reported one side of this story...the side that helps find their posterboy a legacy. Reminds me of the Germam public's reaction to Hitler's murder....The economy is great, I have a job, money in the bank, Hitler is not murdering me, and the economy is great, everything is hunkydory...OK!!!
I don't know how or why the "ethnic albanians" got to serbia, or what, if anything, they did to provoke the serbians once they got there. Apparently neither do you, but don't you think it is a legitimate line of questioning to try to find out the WHOLE story? I do know from wire service reports that the KLA are notorious for their heroine smuggling through kosovo into albania to italy and to the west (New York).
Now, do you know of any drug smuggling gang that are perfect gentlemen, and do not resort to some pretty low means of achieving their goals? Do yo think it is possible that the Serbs didn't approve of these activities and were brutalized by the KLA so their drug running could continue? Those questions are pure speculation, but the question that is begged is, exactly what is the "other" side of this story of serbian atrocities against albanians who do not live in albania? You can ignore these questions by calling them "rhetorical" much like the pre ww2 germans, or you can look for answers before coronating posterboy. If, in the end, you find out that the albanians are the bad guys, why would you say bc is ok because 100s of thousands of albanians say he is ok? If you find out that the albanians are the good guys, then maybe you can say that. But if you do not even find out whether the albanians are the good guys or the bad guys, then your argument that their feelings somehow justify our behavior is specious at best.. |
