Sorry, I omitted the rest of that paragraph from the text...
"If it develops a good base, he can be certain that it will be run up in due time, whether it will have increased earnings or go into the deficit column." And, "long-range charts contain plenty of proof that higher earnings are not necessary to stimulate a big rise." And, "when the price is moved up properly, the public will become interested, and grab the bait." They do not care how much the insiders are paying themselves, or that the co. had high debts. They are only interested in the big momentum, and their emotions will induce them to buy. (My comments not in quotes) Nancy
