Alex here are three reasons:

-1- Earnings out on Tuesday. You don't want to be long ATHM before earnings.
-2- Open Access cloud will put pressure on the stock price until it is resolved
-3- You might be able to buy ATHM at 40 in a week.

Be patient
It is a great stock but you want to get it at the best price possible.
We are all waiting until it is cheaper to get in.
