Scott, the problem with the emini during the 9:15 to 9:30 period is that the current bar reflects the current trades, moving up and down with the market, but the bar is never printed to the chart when completed. This occurs on all bar periods, 1 min, 5 min, 15 min.
The tick chart does reflect the trade activity as does the time and sales.

So the big question inquiring minds want to know about, is:
What does Quote.com do with the data that they collect but do not chart???
When other programs access Quote.com's database is this data available or not?

The problem on the gaps in historical intra day data, and real time data appears to be related to S&P Comstock.
It seems that their feed is "TOPS" dependent.
So every time "TOPS" fails, there is a gap in Quote.com's data which is not an actual gap in trading as reflected by other data sources which are not "TOPS" dependent.

Quote.Com, are you recognizing that there is a problem???

regards
peter
