I just received the briefing document on Hyperchannel, and it does say:

"MRV Communications Inc is the primary shareholder with final shareholding equity equivalent to 60% of the company equity. MRV Communications has invested approximately $1,500,000 in the form of long term capital to date."

I am still a bit confused by the wording of the 10-K.The word "final" here may indicate their equity position AFTER additional 2nd round funding?

At any rate, I'm glad to have the Hyperchannel document.
