The question is - will consumers be as excited as Wall Street analysts? Its seems that Joel Pitt and J.D. Abouchar aren't waiting for feedback. According to Yahoo! there are 3 brokers covering Kopin. They list Advest Group among them, so with CS First Boston and Preferred, that makes 3. Whatever happened to their underwriter, Tucker Anthony? The firm has made some acquisitions and reorganized since the last offering, with various subsidiaries under a holding company called Freedom Securities (NYSE: FSI). The investment banking subsidiary is now Tucker Cleary. They've been quiet on Kopin for a while, but I assume they still cover it. CLEARY GULL (part of Tucker Cleary) was the top market maker by volume last month for KOPN. MM statistics are available at this site: nasdaqtrader.com
