I went a little further into the link you provided and it shows there are 28,349,000 shares of ZI and there are only 9 institutional owners owning 1,275,000 shares or 4 % of ZI. Under analysts coverage it shows none. There could be a huge spike in this stock if it can break through 5 because many funds can't buy below that level. One more decent licensing agreement could provide that fuel. If Zi's product is as good as we think it is I can't see how Nokia who has a good foot print in China would not use it in their handsets.
