Fundamentally AOL, is a "utility", the largest ISP. Base revenues are the monthly service charges and are growing. How does AOL earn more money? From their acquisitions and mergers, AOL will consolidate their assets to capture a big percentage of e-Commerce. The latter will create enormous revenue streams both in software sales and ISP fees( which will incorporate broadband satellite services through Hughes).
CNBC interviews are irrelevant since they are supplying for the most part "after-the-fact" comments made predominantly for entertainment purposes. Bottom line: AOL will continue to grow!

Do you have information on freedom of broadband access lawsuits which would favor AOL? I heard something about a suit in Florida. What do you know?
