This may be all hype or some fact ---the poster does say its all rumor but looks to me that SDTI got hit too hard for the news that came out.

Alex Brown can't do it, so Prudential, as a favor is doing their dirty work for them. Large money will be able to slip under thw wire before the contract. This is how they exchange favors with one another. Can't really try and time it though. If you try and get out to save a point or two, you will miss the announcement and the subsequent gap-up. And this gap up will be HUGE.
