The overburden at TG# is sand .... it can be easily moved.

As far as the grades required to be open pit - there was a mine in northern BC that graded 1.5% Cu and operated at at profit for 27 years until the ore ran out - it went down to 1300 + PLUS feet (deepest man-made pit in the world). Has since been reclaimed and is now a freshwater lake.

IMO some of your conclusions and assumptions are way too premature.
