Could be, but dumping of those shares would show up as sells. While it is a very slow rise for the volume, there has unquestionably been net buying going on here, though not the price change one would expect if only 4.4 mm shares were in the float.

Anyone talk to the Transfer Agent? Their share numbers must be accurate.
