They'll sheet rock them and meet code. After you move in you'll have to spend a couple of hundred bucks if you want it to look right.

Are they going to fix the roof of the new garage or just lally post it? I could have put in a couple of should haves since he seems to have been on the ropes but that is water under the bridge. *Sigh.* Amateurs.

Any house you buy you're going to spend a few bucks fixing it to what you want. New, used or taken under siege.

I wouldn't be expecting the garage of your dreams but it can be done. That's something you can fool with later. As long as you like the location and layout of the house, the rest can be fixed.
