Donkeyman - seeing you like the topic of Free internet let me direct you to one who has proprietary software that Molson, Husky oil and Proctor & Gamble are already advertising partners with as well as partnership deal w/ Telus, Cisco and Baton CTV - it was .16 cents in march 99 and hit $4.35 in April - Presently #1 ISP in Calgary , growing 300 a day and Edmonton -They are launching their 3Web in Toronto next and Vancouver and are looking into TSE and Nasdaq listing as well as US distribution - go to SI search (let you earn this tip a little)and find the CYBERSURF thread (CY on ASE). I personnally have suggested to both CY and ZI into looking at settting up the 3WEB free internet in China - after all if its going to be free for North America it'll be free someday in China also ( this is where ZI can sell the TV top boxes while offering 3Web service in China. So far I haven't heard back if talks have happenned yet.
