I have the ACT on CMNT running from 10/9 to 10/16. That puts the current value at 12 1/4. It reaches 13 1/4 in about a month.
If you have a different ACT let me know and I'll check it out.
From the 10/9 ACT there are 2 possible IL constructions, both using the H&S technique I recently "discovered". One of the lines is at 21 5/8 now. The other is at 18 3/4. I'd say the 18 3/4 line will be resistance and a downward reaction from that area should get the price moving toward the ACT again.
