Craig VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jul 15, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) -- ePhone Telecom Inc. (OTC BB:EPHO) announces a three for one (3:1) forward split of the corporation's Common stock. The stock split is in the nature of a stock dividend whereby shareholders of record will receive 2 new shares for each share held. A new Cusip number is not required. The Record Date for the split is July 6, 1999, and the effective date of the split is the close of business July 16, 1999.
