Meathead,

I would rather DELL concentrate on executing its business plan
than get manic depressive or obsessive compulsive over every new hot, fashionable business idea that comes along.

If MD starts dressing up in Gucci suits, playing to the crowd, hiring HR people like the ones EP hired or paying for massive PR campaigns to push the stock price up, I will be among the first to seek a new investment. I want the DELL management team to be as BORING as they can be.

Last time I looked AOL was worth about 27 dollars per share when evaluated on a basis comparable to DELL. A lot of the other ISP's will
be gone in a few years and rare few of the current ones do a really good job. Moreover, every significant public corporation will have an internet presence within a few years. Many if not most will be using e-commerce.

I for one will be very happy with 90B in revenue in 5 years.

For excitement, I invest in pre IPO startup companies. Some of these startup companies have real prospects while others simply have a good story.
