If Gordon House..................................................... Was a Director of MXR he couldn't "LEGALLY" write Geological reports about the Company's properties, "BUT" he could tell a stand in("flunky geologist") what to write and sign His / Her name to said report! Not saying this was so of course, but in Venture Capital anything's possible! "BULLY"!
