SK, Because according to your fellow AMD buddy, "Mhz sells" ™ - Jim McMannis :) I'm somewhat mystified by Jim's attempt to take credit for "MHz sells". There were a "few" people in the industry who were aware of this concept before Jim started posting it on SI. Anyway, K7 MHz and architectural performance should easily outshine Celeron. I don't see them being positioned against eachother. Scumbria
