Relative value within the group is what makes FFIV severely undervalued. You are using a valuation model for FFIV that would only be appropriate if FFIV were the only issue trading in a it's market. Unfortunately, that is not how things work.

Your method simply ignores the market that is creating "fair value." If comparable issues JNPR, RBAK & BRCD did not exist, I'd be in agreement with you. You also seem to completely disregard sector strength & float size. Is price surge your only shorting criteria?

Valuations of internet properties have always been based on future potential. AOL's earnings are a joke relative to it's market cap. AMZN has no earnings to speak of, blah blah blah blah blah. This may threaten your sense of logic & order in the universe but this is how things are. Welcome to 1999.

Considering your posts I find it highly improbable that you read my dd. If so, it really doesn't speak highly of your level of comprehension IMO.
