Do you believe there will be a significant impact on the construction industry in the dead of winter during Y2K rollover? Perhaps this is why the sector, as a whole, appears to be lagging in Y2K remediation (that is, as of 3/5/99 according to GG). My understanding is that building and contracting nears a low during the winter months, though you seem to be on the front lines with this one.
