Reseller, Good points. Renewed CPQ OEM sales coupled with a resolution to the chip shortage could very well result in sequential Zip unit sales growth going forward. In addition, while the number of Zips sold under license is hard to determine, I agree it is a factor to consider. Perhaps future cost reductions will not be quite as difficult as I previously suggested.

Still, cost reductions are critical if Iomega is to be successful with their Zip OEM strategy. Even taking into account the issues you brought up, I suspect it will be challenging to bring costs down fast enough to spark a jump in drive sales. Thanks for your comments.
