Market Maker Definition: an individual FIRM licensed and empowered by the NASD to publish quotes on Level Three and who has a four letter Symbol representing his Firm,,who must maintain capital sufficient to meet all requirements of the NASD, in order to provide and maintain a market.. A market maker is able to move his quotes up and down by the stroke of a few buttons or a clickj of a mouse. We use level III not two..that means we are the only ones that can execute orders all trades go through us...except matched ECN trades we move the quotes and provide the snapshot you get on level II,, but noone including your self..has access to level three info except Market making Frirms and the machines are usaully heavily guarded...I was a market maker..no differnt than GSCO, HERX, MSCO,etc...My symbol was KEYZ and I owned the Firm and ran the Desk..so like I said..get your foot out of your mouth...

You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about or even what you are trying to say......
