Berwyn, XSNI is obviously aware of everything that has been posted here. But they haven't made a single statement, nor have they filed anything with NASDAQ or the SEC which would contradict the charges made against them in a public forum.

Personally I find that suspicious. But I am not going to run up my phone bill trying to sort out this mystery one way or the other. A publicly held company owes its shareholders more disclosure than this.
