Pat, I was standing right out front of UUNET today and as I looked at the company name I was thinking that PSIX is quickly turning into UUNET. Last year the comparison was weaker, but PSIX is fast becoming the next UUNET and the same fate as UUNET await. I think it is almost a certainty that PSIX goes a similar route as UUNET. The poison pill just makes PSIX all the more attractive. My speculation is that Bell Atlantic want PSIX and the poison pill was done so that it is safe for Bell Atlantic to take its time negotiating.
