Morgan--Let me make sure I understand this. Is this true? 1) Each time you roll an option and make a profit you incur a taxable profit. 2) Each time you roll an option and have a loss, you have an offsetting loss (not many of these). 3) You have found that you can wait until 4/15 to settle w/ uncle for the sum of the plusses and minuses. Any trouble here is _(WHAT?)______ (interest only? or interest + penalty?). JohnG
