Agreed, Greg. It's more cost effective to play (arbitrage) the spread with options on COMS & USRX. However, there is a greater risk, since we don't have a merger date that's set in stone. If it gets pushed out past expiration of the options play, one could get whipsawed pretty badly. Plus, USRX and COMS run in different options cycles. Too much risk for limited return potential, FMPOV.
