How about some names and numbers Dman dates you called, specific inquiries and specific answers. You have offered up alot of verbage that you called and they said, but never provide any numbers, dates, specifics followups. Forget the quiet period - that is a fallicy - there is no quiet period as there is no activity other than the transfer of formerly worthless firecrest/megacom stock to XSNI stock. No one at the company was "quiet" and someone is still providing Langdon and others with lots of information (those who are holding those formerly worthless stock certs.) and XSNI shareholders that paid US cash and those who received shares for the purchase of xstream Canada get no information from the company. These are just observations that anyone with comprehension skills can see without doing DD and getting verification.

What are those THREE offices to whom you spoke with "people" - why didn't you post it when you called rather than that constant dribble of Bid.com and !!!!! on all the other IPOs and freeserve. I don't care and could not call them but others might want it.

When you do DD you don't go after "general global business activity" you want specifics and accurate information on the stock you are interested in. If you did most of the talking, how could you have learned anything. If a pr comes out in a periodical that IS NOT PAID by xsstream UK then that will lend a whole lot of substantiation to anything in the PRs.

Otherwise, notice the disclaimer at the end of each pr that comes out from those M3 pr releases - they are NOT doing any substantiation of the commentary - they are being paid to release exactly what they are told to. In my days of doing DD on this stock, the only press releases issued in major periodicals (very infrequently if at all) were to mention xstream UK as being the first but not a serious contender vs freeserve and perhaps once at FT on June 3, 1999, some minor mention. Certainly the contracts with others is good if it all comes to fruition. When you call again, you should ask for a press release for clarification; I know there are others who have written to xstream asking for the same information on clarification as I - those writing have been kind enough to send me CC's of their correspondence requesting specifics; and they have also told me that they too have not received replies from the company.

All I am saying Dman is that your way of doing DD leaves a whole lot of questions remaining on the table and we just do DD differently. Stop mentioning my name in your posts. Thanks, Jacalyn
